Teleplatform of First Contact (TPK)

The Ministry of Health in Poland launched a Teleplatform of First Contact (TPK): +48 800 137 200. At this number, you can get a medical teleconsultation outside the working hours of primary health care. Currently, the hotline is operated in Polish, English, and Ukrainian.

Green Line

A ”Green Line” – a modern online employment office. It is an internet portal and a helpline where all the necessary information about the assistance provided by voivodeships, district labor offices, and the Voluntary Labor Corps is available

By dialing 19524 or accessing the site www.zielonalinia.gov.pl you can obtain information on:

  • job offers,
  • priority on the labor market,
  • training courses and reclassification, 
  • forms of support from the employment office,
  • procedures for employing foreigners,
  • labor market instruments (including internships, vouchers, apprenticeships for adults, public works, or intervention works).

Information on the portal and the hotline is provided in Polish, Russian and English. The hotline is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
